PURO-KLIMA, Inc. is a Czech private company, which was established in 1989 (as PURO-KLIMA, v.d.) by the workers, who formed the core of the export department of the then Chirana-OTS and for a long time were involved in supplying medical technology, designing and realizing medical investment units in a number of European countries as well as countries outside Europe.

The company has preserved the continuity of a long-term specialist and professional approach to these problems and, what is more, has extended the subject of its activities by other technologies and services. The activities of the company cover the entire spectrum of needs of medical facilities, ranging from small private practices to large teaching hospitals.

The leading specialists of the company have experience of more than thirty-years standing in this branch and they continuously pass their knowledge on to the young generation of new specialists in the company.

In 1992, PURO-KLIMA became the majority shareholder of Anna’s peat spa in Bělohrad.

Since 1997, the subsidiary company PURO-KLIMA Slovakia, s.r.o. has been working in Slovakia. It continues the reach the experience of its mother company in designing and realization activities in the sphere of domestic and foreign health services and is also successfully developing.

After 13 successful years of work on the Czech and foreign markets, PURO-KLIMA, in April 2002 the owners decided to transform the present producer cooperative into a joint-stock company and, at the same time, to increase the basic capital of the company to CZK 25 million.

The activities of PURO-KLIMA, Inc.cover the entire wide spectrum of needs all kinds of health care or spa facilities. PURO-KLIMA, Inc. already has long-term experience arranging the comprehensive engineering-supply, sales and project supplies and esrvices fir large state-owned, teaching and military health care facilities as well as for health care facilities in the private sector. In both sectors an emphasis is placed on the analysis of operations and the effectiveness of the given equipment, pre-project and project preparation to achiene the best use of the given space, health care and other technologies, including the optimization of resulting operating ocsts of the constructed facility.

PURO-KLIMA, Inc. represents eight foreign companies. Thanks to their tradition, the products of these companies are becoming almost indispensable in many medical facilities. Above all is Spacelabs Healthcare whose exclusive distributor PURO-KLIMA a.s. has been since 1996, Medtronic since 1998, Meteka since 1999 and Hexacath, Physio-Control, Sonosite, Edwards Lifesciences, IMDsoft.
